Most clients never see the lab their products pass through — they see a certificate. This is a short walk through ours, from the loading dock where samples arrive to the sensory booths where recipes earn their verdict.
Reception: every sample gets a story
Each delivery is logged, barcoded and photographed on arrival, then stored at the temperature its matrix demands. Chain of custody starts here, and it never breaks — any auditor can trace any result back to the exact jar, swab or tray.
Microbiology and chemistry wings
PCR cyclers and culture rooms hum on one side; spectrophotometers and chromatography on the other. Between them sits the review bench, where senior scientists check every anomalous result before it reaches a client.
Sensory booths and the panel room
The quietest room in the building. Twelve booths, red lighting for color masking, and a trained panel that can tell you whether your new recipe really matches the old one — or just almost does.
Come see it in person: we run open lab mornings every quarter for clients and students.
